After two years as a CSR consultant, she is interested in researching ESG reporting and norms interoperability between Europe and Korea and equipping multinationals with ESG reporting tools and best practices.

Romi's passion lies in green and sustainable construction planning, with a special focus on urban resilience and climate change risk mitigation. Through her master's studies, she is committed to forging resilient communities and minimizing carbon footprints through pioneering design and strategic planning.

Saruul Dangaasuren is interested in exploring how policy frameworks can effectively guide the shift from fossil-based energy systems toward cleaner alternatives while simultaneously addressing the urgent challenges of urban air quality. She is aiming to focus on how energy transition strategies, like renewable integration, green finance mechanisms, and emission reduction measures, can reduce air pollution and support long term climate goals.

Yernazar Kuan is particularly interested in upcycling nanocellulose-reinforced biodegradable bioplastics as alternatives to petroleum-based plastics. His recent focus includes nanocellulose extraction from fruit peels accumulated in landfills, which will further be investigated into reinforcement study.

Zainab's work sits at the intersection of clean-energy technology, finance, and policy in the MENA region. Her current research stream examines hydrogen plant location determinants by studying resource profiles and capacity factors, water sourcing options, land and permitting, and much more.
